Description

Own the roadmap and delivery of data products for AML and KYC within a banking context.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements and business needs into actionable product specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to define data workflows and platform needs.
• Drive the launch of successful data or analytics products.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data products.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data products.
• 5+ years experience in Banking and regulatory data environments.
• Expertise in AML and KYC processes.
• Proficiency with Data Product Management methodologies.
• Experience working with large datasets and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Hadoop, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Agile and Jira workflows.
• Strong ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle databases.
