Description

Develop AML and OFAC solutions using functional programming in a Spark environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data processing applications using Scala and functional programming.
• Implement software using Test-Driven Development within an Agile framework.
• Manage build and deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines.
• Work within the Hadoop ecosystem to process large-scale datasets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Scala, Java, Python, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Spark and functional programming.
• Experience with build tools including SBT, Maven, Gradle, and Ant.
• Practical knowledge of Jenkins for automation.
• Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem.
• Knowledge of AML and OFAC domain requirements.
• Experience practicing Agile and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
