Description

Build and maintain AML and OFAC compliance solutions using Scala and functional programming within a Spark environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop data processing applications using Scala, Java, and functional programming principles.
• Implement software using Test-Driven Development (TDD) within an Agile framework.
• Manage build and deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Process large-scale datasets within the Hadoop ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Scala, Java, Python, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Spark and functional programming.
• Experience with build tools including SBT, Maven, Gradle, and Ant.
• Practical knowledge of Jenkins for automation.
• Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem.
• Knowledge of AML and OFAC domain requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
