Description

You will support operational readiness for the implementation of a new AML/BSA case management system.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document operational business requirements by combining current state needs with new system functionality.
• Design future state operational process flows leveraging financial crimes expertise.
• Participate in cross-functional process design sessions and inventory existing procedure documentation.
• Maintain project plans and proactively identify key risks or issues.
• Engage upstream and downstream partners to identify pain points and propose solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AML/BSA or financial crimes operations.
• Proficiency in Business Process design and documentation.
• Experience defining and documenting Business Requirements.
• Ability to manage and maintain Project Plans.
• Experience in Process Design for operational readiness.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing existing procedure documentation.
• Ability to facilitate dialogue with external vendors.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with case management system implementations.
