Description

You will drive the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level within the AMP team.

Responsibilities

• Develop AMP forms and manage end-to-end automation workflows.
• Implement monitoring and reporting systems for delivery analytics.
• Execute service management tasks including logging and system monitoring.
• Integrate services with ServiceNow to streamline workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in automation or related fields.
• Proficiency with Automation Anywhere.
• Advanced KQL (Kusto Query Language) skills.
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud, specifically Virtual Machines, Service Principals, and Log Analytics.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration.
• Intermediate level proficiency in Data & AI Solution Architecture.
• Intermediate level proficiency in Technological Innovation.
• Degree in any graduate field.
