Description

You will design and analyze analog and SERDES IP circuits, owning the development of blocks from GPIO and sensors to high-speed interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design analog IPs including GPIO, RCOMP, ADC, DAC, LDO, PLL, thermal sensors, and voltage monitors.
• Develop SERDES IPs covering DLL, PLL, clocking paths, and power delivery analysis.
• Implement transmitter and receiver circuits with equalization techniques (FFE, CTLE, DFE) and perform channel analysis.
• Generate .lib files and other circuit views for simulation and verification.
• Resolve blocking issues and report progress using scripting languages for automation.

Required Skills

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Analog and SERDES IP circuit design.
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/HSpice, and APS/XA simulators.
• Hands-on experience with Perl, Tcl, Python, or SKILL scripting.
• Knowledge of SERDES protocols such as DDR IO, UCIe, PCIe, HBMIO, HDMI, or MIPI CDPHY.
• Expertise in high-speed design analysis and test IOs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Process Monitor and Temperature Sensor designs.
• Knowledge of DFX (Design for Test) and High Speed ADCs.
