You will act as a subject matter expert for Corporate Actions across Equity and Fixed Income products.
Responsibilities
Manage the timeliness and quality of corporate action announcements, including mandatory, voluntary, income processing, class actions, and proxy voting.
Execute reconciliation and resolution of residual differences to ensure accurate bookkeeping entries for entitled holders.
Perform risk analysis, mitigation, and process documentation to improve operational workflows.
Compile and distribute management and regulatory reports.
Provide case management and phone support to Financial Advisors and operational counterparts.
Communicate complex issues and processes clearly to stakeholders across all seniority levels.
Required Skills
5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills for professional correspondence.
Proven ability in data integrity and validation to identify anomalies and potential risks.
Exceptional client service skills using desktop, telephone, and video technologies.
Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify problems and establish solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in both office and telework environments.
Understanding of how process drivers and inherent risks impact the overall client experience.
