You will provide analytical support to business partners by translating objectives into technical requirements and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end reporting solutions by integrating multiple data structures and sources.
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide dashboards and custom reporting views.
• Create dynamic analytic dashboards to visualize business drivers and customer experience metrics.
• Connect product usage, customer, sales, traffic, renewals, and churn data to provide a complete customer view.
• Support product analytics, website analytics, and experimentation enablement across various organizations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, preferably within a SaaS or subscription environment.
• Expertise in SQL for data discovery, aggregation, and extraction.
• Strong experience with Tableau.
• Proficiency with Amazon Web Services including Athena, Redshift, and QuickSight.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques such as trend analysis, forecasting, and experiment design.
• Ability to adapt to emerging technologies like GenAI, ChatGPT, and Copilot to improve efficiency.
• Any Graduate degree.
