You will provide direct technical support to Chesterfield County users, resolving hardware and software issues while maintaining system functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Strong diagnostic skills for hardware and software issues.

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Reliable transportation to Chesterfield County, VA.
