Description

You will develop reporting strategies and act as a conduit between Marketing, Operations, Forecasting, and CPG Customer teams using customer POS, shipment, and forecasting data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and competitive business trends at key retailers and markets to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and deploy cohesive business plans to CPG, third-party retail partners, and customer management teams.
• Coordinate with customer forecasting leads to ensure demand and supply forecasts meet retail partner needs.
• Lead cross-functional business updates and reporting to drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.
• Collaborate with field sales and demand planning to track distribution opportunities and results.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience executing product strategy and sales plans within a CPG company.
• 2+ years of experience managing joint business plans with major CPG customers across multiple categories.
• Experience calling on CPG retailers with responsibilities including new item, promotional, and seasonal presentations.
• Proven ability to apply multidisciplinary business principles to cross-functional projects.
• Strong business acumen and financial discipline when constructing business solutions.
• Experience leveraging POS, shipment, and forecasting data for business analysis.
• High School diploma/GED, 4+ years of US military service, or equivalent sales planning experience.

• Bachelor's degree.
