Description

Implement, measure, and report contract extraction performance against established quality controls and standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement contract meta-data and obligation extraction business rules based on client requirements.
• Manage multiple customer engagements to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Assist with setting up new supplier contracts during implementation and onboarding on the Sirion SaaS platform.
• Conduct contract management training for internal and external teams across foundation, intermediate, and advanced levels.
• Prepare periodic reports, trackers, and documentation to monitor performance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in contract management or contract compliance domains.
• Strong understanding of managed services pricing models and forecast-based spend models.
• Ability to manage risks arising from outsourcing contract obligations and deliverables.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for all stakeholder levels.
• Experience with service delivery and forecasting.
• Strong business judgment and consultative approach to client service delivery.
• Background in outsourcing or global outsourcing contracts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Sirion SaaS platform.
• Advanced proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools.
