Roles and Responsibilities:

Work on endpoint security and EDR platforms including CrowdStrike, Symantec VIP, and other security tools.
Manage and support endpoint protection solutions such as Carbon Black, McAfee, Microsoft Defender, Trend Micro, and Palo Alto.
Utilize SNOW (ServiceNow) tools for security-related operations and incident tracking.
Support SOC processes including monitoring, incident handling, and escalation.
Assist in implementing and maintaining basic cloud security practices.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in endpoint security solutions and EDR tools such as CrowdStrike, Symantec VIP, and Microsoft Defender is essential.
Experience working with multiple endpoint protection platforms including Carbon Black, McAfee, Trend Micro, Palo Alto, and Tehtris is required.
Familiarity with incident management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) is important.
Understanding of SOC operations including monitoring, incident response, and escalation handling is necessary.
Basic knowledge of cloud security concepts and practices is beneficial.
Ability to analyze security alerts, investigate threats, and take appropriate remediation actions is expected.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in security environments are required.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional security teams are important.

Education: B.Tech / B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
