You will manage and optimize ERP system operations for Finance, Procurement, and Payroll functions.
Responsibilities
Lead process improvement projects across the Finance, Procurement, and Compliance clusters, including scope development, scheduling, and risk management.
Split your time equally between hands-on operational tickets and change requests and managing new projects or process improvements.
Design business requirements, user test scenarios, test data, and design documents for ERP, EPM, and Payroll system enhancements.
Facilitate report creation using OTBI and other Oracle Cloud ERP reporting tools.
Partner with business leadership to evaluate system configurations and introduce new financial reporting or processing tools.
Manage change management processes by conducting impact analyses and securing approvals for system changes.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to track and manage corrective action plans.
Required Skills
10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP or E-Business Suite implementation and support (Financials, Procurement, Payroll/HCM).
Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP or E-Business Suite (Financials and Procurement).
Proficiency with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, Advanced Excel Modeling, and Data Modeling.
Strong understanding of financial, payroll, and accounting methods.
Experience creating business requirements, test plans, and technical design documents.
Ability to lead teams and align projects with organizational goals.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
