Description

You will manage and optimize ERP system operations for Finance, Procurement, and Payroll functions. Split your time equally between hands-on operational tickets, change requests, and managing new projects or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects across Finance, Procurement, and Compliance, including scope development, scheduling, and risk management.
• Design business requirements, user test scenarios, test data, and design documents for ERP, EPM, and Payroll system enhancements.
• Facilitate report creation using OTBI and other Oracle Cloud ERP reporting tools.
• Partner with business leadership to evaluate system configurations and introduce new financial reporting or processing tools.
• Manage change management processes by conducting impact analyses and securing approvals for system changes.

Required Skills

• 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP or E-Business Suite implementation and support (Financials, Procurement, Payroll/HCM).
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, Advanced Excel Modeling, and Data Modeling.
• Strong understanding of financial, payroll, and accounting methods.
• Experience creating business requirements, test plans, and technical design documents.
• Ability to lead teams and align projects with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to track and manage corrective action plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
