Description

You will support all hardware, software, and technology used by users across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new internal and external users in the corporate environment.
• Support and advance the global corporate computing environment.
• Manage tickets and incidents in ServiceNow, including resolution and documentation.
• Deploy hardware and software, including desktop and laptop imaging and VoIP.
• Provision Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online, maintaining users and groups.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Mac OS environments.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop/server issues.
• Familiarity with networking technology such as Cisco and Juniper.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing DHCP.
• Knowledge of scripting and PowerShell is preferred.
