Description

You will support the global corporate computing environment, managing hardware, software, and technology for internal and external users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new users in the corporate environment.
• Manage tickets and incidents in ServiceNow, including resolution and documentation.
• Deploy hardware and software, including desktop/laptop imaging and VoIP.
• Provision and maintain Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online users and groups.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop and server issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Mac OS environments.
• Experience managing DHCP.
• Familiarity with networking technology (Cisco, Juniper).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of scripting and PowerShell.
