Description

You will provide L1, L2, and L3 support for healthcare operations and data systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support healthcare operations and Synapse job processes.
• Manage and maintain ETL pipelines.
• Address client queries and requirements independently.
• Perform data analysis to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or data analysis.
• Expertise in Excel, VBA, and Macros.
• Proficiency in Python scripting, specifically using Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience building and managing ETL pipelines.
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Foundational knowledge of Azure Synapse and Azure DevOps.
• Experience using Git for version control.
