Description

You will design and support the Sirion SaaS platform by managing technical implementations and resolving client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from initial report through to final resolution.
• Customize the system to meet specific client needs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Service Desk, Product, and Engineering teams to meet project deadlines.
• Manage complex user access modules and provide technical feedback to Account Managers and internal users.
• Execute process adaptation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during cloud-based implementations.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of proven experience working with SaaS-based applications.
• Experience in ERP implementation or supporting SaaS cloud applications.
• Practical knowledge of SDLC, Incident Management, and Change Management processes.
• Proficiency with bug tracking and ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Understanding of internet technologies and cloud-based implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• B.E., B.Tech, BCA, or MCA degree.
• Experience in technical implementation and support for complex modules.
