Roles and Responsibilities:

• Incident and Anomaly Management
• Identify, analyze, and document anomalies and weak signals in IT systems.
• Propose corrective and preventive improvement actions to address recurring issues.
• Support timely resolution of incidents to maintain system stability.
• System Monitoring and Maintenance
• Monitor IT systems, tools, and installations to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform or coordinate corrective actions and system improvements, both on-site and remotely.
• Detect malfunctions early to prevent escalation into major incidents.
• Technical Support and Expertise
• Assist internal teams in diagnosing anomalies and defining effective solutions.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure resolution of complex system issues.
• Support application maintenance activities related to mainframe environments.
• Documentation and Training
• Write and update technical documentation, including application functionality and operational guides.
• Maintain knowledge bases for troubleshooting and support processes.
• Train users on implemented system changes and new solutions.
• Operational Procedures Development
• Develop and update operational procedures for technical teams and end-users.
• Define safety conditions, intervention logistics, and execution standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Coordinate with reliability teams, buyers, vendors, and peers across departments.
• Share best practices and support the adoption of new services or equipment.
• Act as a bridge between IT support operations and business users.
• Quality and Standards Compliance
• Ensure interventions meet quality expectations and comply with internal standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support services and reliability practices.
