Description

You will execute routine securities transactions and manage physical certificate data within an Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, count, verify, and file physical certificate details.
• Update and acknowledge certificate data within Access Database.
• Assess discrepancies and gather information for escalation to management.
• Support department adherence to AML and BSA policies and procedures.
• Execute routine transactions under general supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in securities processing or financial operations.
• Proficiency with Access Database.
• Working knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
• Understanding of BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) regulations.
• Experience handling financial data and transactions.
• Familiarity with financial systems.
• Degree in any field.
