Job Responsibilities include:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system enhancements to support business and technology initiatives.

Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective system and process solutions.

Perform data analysis using SQL and analytical tools to identify trends, validate requirements, and support decision-making.

Lead requirements for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Create process flows, business documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria while supporting solution design and testing activities.

Evaluate emerging technologies, including Cloud Computing, AI, and Machine Learning, and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Technology, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Requirements Management, Business Analysis, or Technology Consulting, preferably within banking or financial services environments.

Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Proven experience with SQL and data analysis tools, along with exposure to Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and supporting technology-driven business transformation initiatives
