You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system enhancements to support technology initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to translate business needs into effective system and process solutions.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and analytical tools to identify trends, validate requirements, and support decision-making.
• Lead requirements for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Create process flows, business documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria while supporting solution design and testing activities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including Cloud Computing, AI, and Machine Learning, and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Requirements Management, or Technology Consulting.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience with stakeholder management and supporting technology-driven business transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning.

Preferred Skills

• Background within banking or financial services environments.
