Job Responsibilities include:

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights within the banking domain.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.

Write complex SQL queries and perform data analysis using Python or R to support business objectives.

Automate reporting processes and data pipelines to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Communicate analytical findings and recommendations effectively to support decision-making and business strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Entry-level to early-career Data Analyst experience with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Prior BMO experience and banking domain knowledge is mandatory.

Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R, Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
