Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable business insights within the banking domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Write complex SQL queries and perform data analysis using Python or R to support business objectives.
• Automate reporting processes and data pipelines to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations effectively to support decision-making.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Proficiency in BI tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Entry-level to early-career Data Analyst experience.
• Mandatory prior BMO experience and banking domain knowledge.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data pipeline automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
