Description

You will provide 24x7 support for the global production network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive monitoring and routines to prevent service impacts and troubleshoot faults to restore service.
• Develop root cause flow charts and troubleshooting procedures based on incident case evaluations.
• Complete checklists to support pre-production deployment, ensuring operational readiness for new network services.
• Coordinate change management activities with the CAB and implement assigned operational tasks.
• Execute requests for analysis, support, and contribute to strategic initiatives like Capacity Management and Asset Management.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of routing protocols and concepts (OSPF, BGP).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Layer 2 and 3 switching.
• Working knowledge of management tools.
• Solid understanding of multicast and troubleshooting techniques.
• Superior verbal and written customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience supporting in a weekend and off-hours capacity.

Preferred Skills

• JNCIA, CCNA, or equivalent knowledge.
• Financial industry experience.
