Description

You will provide 24x7 support for global production network infrastructure, ensuring service stability and rapid fault resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive monitoring and routine checks to prevent service impacts and troubleshoot faults.
• Develop root cause analysis flow charts and troubleshooting procedures based on incident evaluations.
• Execute checklists to support pre-production deployment and ensure operational readiness for new services.
• Coordinate change management activities with the CAB and implement assigned operational tasks.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives including Capacity Management and Asset Management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and TCP/IP.
• Working knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching concepts.
• Understanding of multicast and proven troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with network management tools and monitoring systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 shift model, including weekends and off-hours.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• JNCIA, CCNA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in the financial industry.
