Description
You will support multiple clients on the Sirion application, focusing on performance management for supplier and vendor governance within outsourcing contracts.
Responsibilities
- Validate service level and performance reports for IT and ADM contracts submitted by suppliers.
- Analyze service level reports to identify trends, continuous improvement opportunities, and annual resets.
- Ensure Sirion reporting and dashboards accurately represent all supplier data.
- Calculate performance credits and earnbacks based on service level agreements.
- Customize documents and templates for service operations and create Excel templates for task automation.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, helpdesk, or application development and maintenance contracts.
- Experience managing performance reports for IT contracts.
- Knowledge of the outsourcing industry, including IT infrastructure, software development, BPO, and KPO.
- Proficiency in Service level management and account management.
- Exposure to supplier performance tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM, IQNavigator, Obligor, or Business Object.
- Ability to automate tasks using Excel.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with global clients, service providers, and account management teams via email and teleconference.
- Strong orientation toward document accuracy and quality.
