Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA leadership roles.
• Deep domain knowledge of Supply Chain and Order Management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP.
• Proven ability to manage QA execution plans from start to finish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
