You will perform systems analysis for software development projects, focusing on requirements gathering and data integrity. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements and draft user stories for development teams.
• Conduct data analysis to support software project lifecycles.
• Model business processes and system integrations using Lucid Chart.
• Provide technical support to stakeholders throughout the development process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency with relational databases and MySQL Workbench.
• Experience with Agile processes and requirements management.
• Hands-on use of Chrome Web Developer tools.
• Experience with integration tools including Postman and Apigee.
• Understanding of APIs, CI/CD, and ETL tools like Talend.
• Knowledge of telephony systems such as Genesys.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
• AWS Solutions Architect certification.
