Description

Own the end-to-end vulnerability intake, tracking, and remediation workflows within ServiceNow to ensure accurate recording, categorization, and validation of security findings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage vulnerability assessment activities and coordinate validation and prioritization based on severity and operational impact.
• Execute remediation follow-ups by monitoring status changes and escalation paths in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with security operations processes to improve vulnerability coverage and reduce remediation time.
• Maintain structured tracking, reporting, and remediation progression for all security findings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in vulnerability management and security operations.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for vulnerability management workflows and ticketing.
• Deep understanding of vulnerability management and assessment processes.
• Experience working with vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys, Nessus, Veracode, or AppScan.
• Ability to manage security findings through structured tracking and remediation progression.

Preferred Skills

• SecOps experience or exposure to security operations processes.
