Own business performance analysis, KPI framework development, and executive reporting to drive strategic initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting packages.
• Analyze business performance, customer trends, and operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop KPI frameworks and reporting methodologies to measure business outcomes and track progress.
• Conduct root cause analysis and leverage Lean/Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
• Present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• 2+ years using Microsoft SQL Server or Power BI, including writing scripts and building visuals.
• Experience developing and managing KPIs and performance reporting.
• Ability to read/write scripts and build visuals in Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of retail energy experience.
• Knowledge of SAP, SQL database concepts, or data modeling.
