Description

You will serve as an expert consultant within the Data Science team, focusing on High-Risk Regulatory Insights and Analytics to solve complex enterprise issues.

Responsibilities

• Frame business issues and develop hypotheses to solve them through data.
• Execute end-to-end workflows including testing, interpreting solutions, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Perform data engineering tasks to prepare datasets for rigorous analysis.
• Develop and execute statistical models to address regulatory, fairness, and policy compliance needs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional analytics experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in SAS, Python, and SQL.
• Strong background in both statistical modeling and data engineering.
• Systematic quantitative education in fields such as Economics, Psychology, or Mathematics.
• Ability to communicate complex findings and flag potential issues to leadership.
• Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently on diverse project scopes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial or insurance industries.
