Design and implement statistical models to solve business problems and drive data-driven decisions. Own the end-to-end data engineering workflow from preparation to analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement statistical models to address specific business challenges.
• Perform end-to-end data engineering, including preparation, cleaning, and transformation for analysis.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in analytics or data science.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in statistical modeling, including random forest, time series, GLM, and multiple regression.
• Proficiency in SAS and/or Python with recent practical application.
• Strong SQL skills for complex data querying and manipulation.
• Ability to independently manage data engineering workflows and data preparation.
• Proven ability to present technical findings to diverse audiences.
