Description

You will consult on complex analytics initiatives, resolving large-scale challenges and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. You will collaborate with clients to identify reporting needs and support the migration of reports from MS Access to Alteryx. You will review multi-faceted situations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex analytics initiatives requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Resolve complex, multi-faceted situations while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with client personnel to identify reporting needs and define solutions.
• Support the migration of reports from MS Access to Alteryx with high accuracy.
• Review and analyze larger-scale or longer-term analytics challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or military experience.
• Proficiency in Alteryx, with the ability to recreate reports from other systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Access, including understanding of coding within reports.
• SQL skills, with the ability to analyze how SQL feeds into reports.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale planning for analytics initiatives.
