You will provide data-driven insights and analytical support to drive business decisions through visualization and deep-dive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive Tableau dashboards using SQL as the backend data source.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify causes for variation in key metric trends within monthly reports and data marts.
• Support data migrations, system transitions, data mapping, lineage, and reconciliation in alignment with governance policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address servicing challenges and optimize internal processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in analytics projects, business analysis, and reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with Tableau, including creating multi-view dashboards with navigation, filters, and reusable published assets.
• Advanced SQL skills for accessing, combining, and calculating data, including creating temp tables and structuring data for BI drill-downs.
• Proven ability to rationalize business needs and design solutions for stakeholders with undefined requirements.
• Strong documentation skills for requirements, queries, and testing.
• Experience with data management, data-mart development, and metadata research.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all management levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau Prep, Alteryx, Power BI, or SSRS.
• Familiarity with SAP BO (Business Objects).
• Domain knowledge of home lending product lifecycles, including Ops, Sales, Servicing, and Risk.
