Description

You will analyze business trends, define requirements, and deliver data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and revenue. You will design, develop, and maintain complex reporting solutions and interactive dashboards using Power BI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis and translate business needs into actionable research and recommendations.
• Design and implement database structures, analytics software, and scalable reporting frameworks.
• Build interactive dashboards and ad hoc analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple structured and semi-structured sources.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, risk management, and quality assurance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Analytics experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Power Query.
• Experience working with relational databases: Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps and Tableau.
• Knowledge of data integration and business intelligence reporting.
