You will lead the analytics implementation strategy across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the analytics implementation strategy across AEM websites and digital platforms.
• Create and maintain the SDR document serving as the base approach for architectural design.
• Integrate analytics seamlessly with AEM Sites, ensuring accurate data capture across templates, components, and content fragments.
• Define and maintain a comprehensive metrics framework aligned with business KPIs and digital goals.
• Mentor junior analytics developers and support their growth in Adobe Experience Cloud tools.

Required Skills

• 10 to 12 years of experience in digital analytics and tag management.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience integrating analytics with AEM Sites, including templates, components, and CaaS models.
• Solid understanding of Javascript, JSON, and data layer design.
• Proven ability to define analytics requirements, design tracking strategies, and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the insurance domain or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or Adobe RealTime CDP.
