Description

You will own the technical execution of data instrumentation and analytics foundations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP/Laravel or Node.js.
• Lead event instrumentation and data collection strategies for platforms like mParticle and Mixpanel.
• Configure data schemas, identity resolution rules, and event attributes within CDP platforms.
• Build and manage paid media audiences using integrations with platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Provide technical guidance and establish best practices for tagging and data quality across teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in engineering, analytics implementation, or MarTech.
• Deep understanding of CDP/analytics platforms, specifically mParticle or Mixpanel.
• Proficiency in PHP (Laravel) or Node.js, with basic React development skills.
• Experience with event schemas, SDK implementation, and tracking strategies.
• Familiarity with paid media audience activation and MarTech ecosystem integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Ability to troubleshoot data quality, API, and integration issues.
