Analytics Lead

Lead data analytics projects for the Service Delivery Excellence team, ensuring technical alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide technical delivery teams to maintain quality standards and meet project goals.
• Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for analytics initiatives.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
• Review and classify project excellence levels to drive continuous service delivery improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation, including best practices, checklists, and templates.

• 7+ years of experience in analytics roles.
• Proven experience in team management and technical leadership.
• Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to analytics teams.
