Description

Lead data analytics projects for the Service Delivery Excellence team, ensuring technical alignment with business objectives and mentoring technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for analytics initiatives.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide technical delivery teams to maintain quality standards and meet project goals.
• Review and classify project excellence levels to drive continuous service delivery improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation, including best practices, checklists, and templates.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in analytics roles.
• Proven experience in team management and technical leadership.
• Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to analytics teams.
• Expertise in defining and tracking project KPIs.
• Strong ability to simplify complex data insights for non-technical business stakeholders.
• Experience in establishing best practices and documentation standards.
• Any Graduate degree.
