Description

You will own data analysis, reporting, and ETL validation for finance solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and translate them into data and reporting solutions.
• Analyze source-to-target mappings, data flows, and transformation logic to support ETL processes.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT activities, including test case creation, defect management, and data validation.
• Create documentation and develop reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in business or data analysis within finance organizations.
• Strong experience with SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and ETL concepts.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Good understanding of data integration, data validation, and data flows.
• Ability to gather and document complex business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data reconciliation in financial contexts.
