Description

You will own end-to-end analytics for specific products, leading a team of analysts and defining joint roadmaps with business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solutioning for business use cases, from hypothesis framing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design, implement, and monitor data pipelines.
• Build, train, and productionize machine learning models using Python and cloud ML workbenches like SageMaker.
• Develop automated dashboards and reports to visualize insights and measure the impact of models and initiatives.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable stories to support business decision-making and revenue growth.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in analytics or data crunching.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of R or Python.
• Experience building and deploying production models.
• Ability to manage the full data lifecycle from pipeline coordination to model monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree (B.E.), MSc in Statistics, MS in Business Analytics, or an MBA with analytics experience.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction and storytelling.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms.
• Domain expertise in banking or marketing analytics.
