Description

Lead analytics initiatives for clients in Utility, Construction, Retail, Textile-Packaging, or Supply Chain sectors. You will own the end-to-end delivery of data solutions, from requirement gathering to client reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gather analytics requirements and define project scope in cross-practice collaboration setups.
• Develop data engineering pipelines and BI dashboards using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Manage client proposals, including solution approaches, RFI/RFP responses, and project governance.
• Present analytics storytelling and insights to clients, managing expectations during MBR/QBR cycles.
• Resolve technical roadblocks through self-research and apply an AI-driven mindset to problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data analytics and data engineering.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Proficiency in BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
• Experience with data engineering concepts and data science modeling.
• Domain knowledge in Utility, Construction, Retail, Textile-Packaging, or Supply Chain.
• Proven track record of handling client proposals and project management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• IIT/NIT undergraduate degree with an MBA from a top-tier B-school.
