Lead the development of customer insights and predictive models to drive media investment strategies and business growth.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards to track customer experience and satisfaction.
Develop and enhance predictive and machine learning models to generate shopper insights, target audiences, and optimized customer journeys.
Execute end-to-end insight analyses, including hypothesis testing, data mining, and heavy text mining.
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations for Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and Business Units to identify data gaps and improve existing sources.
Required Skills
3-5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, retail, or media.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SQL experience within Hive, Hadoop, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
Strong programming proficiency in R or Python.
Experience applying statistical techniques including Regression, Time Series, Natural Language Processing, Pattern Recognition, Classification, Segmentation, and Deep Learning.
Proven ability to mine, analyze, and interpret data to solve complex business questions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience presenting strategic, action-oriented recommendations to executive audiences.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Skills
Master's Degree in a quantitative field.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Analytics.
