Description

Lead an analytics team delivering financial insights to strategic accounts and executive leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports through 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and difficult conversations.
• Extract and analyze data to evaluate insurance carrier rates, revenue metrics, and gross profit percentages.
• Develop historical and projected data models to track labor rates and current gross profit levels.
• Present data findings and actionable suggestions to the commercial sales team and C-suite executives.
• Provide follow-up analysis and ad-hoc reporting based on stakeholder requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in analytics or finance.
• Proven people management experience, specifically conducting performance reviews and managing direct reports.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
• Expertise in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience performing FP&A tasks, such as analyzing gross profit and revenue metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Experience presenting to C-suite executives.
