Description

You will lead the definition and enforcement of policies and programs aimed at improving customer experience and satisfaction across the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reports, scorecards, and dashboards to track performance.
• Perform data mining, including heavy text mining, to extract actionable insights.
• Generate trends and recommendations that lead to the implementation of new initiatives and projects.
• Build relationships and work cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Customer Care, Customer Experience, and Business Units.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or related roles.
• Experience with data mining and text mining techniques.
• Proven ability to build reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Experience working within Business Intelligence or Customer Experience teams.
• Ability to drive projects from insight to implementation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business units.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
