You will lead analytics initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across the marketplace business.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reports, scorecards, and dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Perform data mining and heavy text mining to extract actionable insights and trends.
• Manage the development and execution of cross-functional projects, including reporting and analytics systems.
• Evaluate existing system capabilities to identify strategic gaps and implement sustainable solutions.
• Present research findings and project results to leadership to drive strategic and tactical improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in analytics or data management.
• Experience designing, coordinating, and implementing new reporting and data-management solutions.
• Proven ability to develop project plans and drive cross-functional projects to completion.
• Expertise in analyzing industry data trends, reputation metrics, and seller scorecard indicators.
• Strong ability to build relationships with Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and Customer Experience teams.
• Ability to work closely with various Business Units to align analytics with global strategies.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
