Description

Deliver analytics and reporting projects for the Payments Business to shape strategy and product roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process complex, large-scale datasets to extract insights and track trends.
• Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and Looker.
• Create alerting mechanisms to flag behavioral insights.
• Design and execute experiments to improve product adoption and renewals.
• Collaborate with product, business, marketing, and engineering stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Strong hands-on skills in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large data volumes using SQL, Python, or R.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Looker.
• Experience leveraging Mixpanel for data analysis.
• Strong business acumen to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to business teams.
• Experience with common experimentation techniques, such as cohort analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in technology, analytics, data science, or related field.
