Description

You will build and scale backend systems for the analytics platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services using Java 8 and the Spring framework.
• Design and implement efficient data structures to ensure platform performance.
• Manage and optimize data persistence within Sybase or DB2 environments.
• Implement multi-threaded systems and caching strategies to improve throughput.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to solve complex technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with the Spring framework.
• Strong understanding of data structures and design patterns.
• Experience working with Sybase or DB2 databases.
• Knowledge of multi-threaded systems and caching mechanisms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
