Description

You manage resource allocations, work plans, and schedules for the Performance Management & Analytics System (PMAS) team in Austin, TX.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead project sprints using Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
• Manage the full project management lifecycle (PMLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) from analysis through deployment.
• Monitor progress through effective risk management and provide regular updates to leadership on project issues.
• Track full project budgets, enter actual costs into project tracking tools, and manage financial tracking.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with data management solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, data analytics, or business intelligence.
• Experience with web-based (J2EE) development or SOA-related environments.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and managing project sprints.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain clear, concise project documentation and work plans.
• Strong problem resolution and communication skills.
• Must currently reside in the Austin, TX area (within a 50-mile radius).

Preferred Skills

• Experience directing team operations through task assignment, mentoring, facilitation, and training.
